We had a fun night at our church’s Fall Festival tonight. It was a little wild trying to keep up with the kids while carrying Ava around, so I didn’t get to take many pictures.
I promise I’ll try to get some better pictures of them in their costumes.
This was the best one. HA!

At least Ava was a little more cooperative.

We met up with our best pals the Giffords. Elliott wanted to be a pirate this year, so Sonda was sure to make her the girliest pirate possible.

Sonda and I with Cinderemma and Cinderava.

My friend Tonya and her little girl Keira who was dressed as a Titans cheerleader.

Stay tuned for lots more Fall posts this week.

“You only meet your once in a lifetime friend…once in a lifetime.” – Little Rascals

These two sweet little girls love each other SO much! They have so much fun together, and it just makes my heart so happy to see them play. They are precious.

Today was Olivia’s first birthday party. The party was outside at a park, and it was an absolutely gorgeous day!
Emma has a slight obsession with birthday parties. She was so excited all day and started singing Happy Birthday when she woke up early this morning.

Ava was pretty excited about it too.

Emma had her eye on a pink cupcake. She kept “smelling” the cupcakes, and I noticed she had pink icing on her nose. I made sure she got that specific cupcake. Ha!

Wesley got a little creative with the party hats.

Ella, Spencer and Connor were able to come over for the party. Wesley and Emma were so excited to see their cousins.
I have no idea why Wesley and Emma are giving the “peace” sign.

Olivia “opened” her presents. She had lots of help from her cousins.

Happy Birthday Olivia!

Cupcake time!

All three of them licked the icing clean off of their cupcakes.
Olivia enjoyed her cupcake, even though most of it ended up on her face, hands, and hair.

We love you so much Olivia! I can’t believe you’re already one (almost). Happy Birthday!

Ava Charlotte is 4 months old!

I just noticed the big stain on her sleeve in the picture! Ugh! Oh well, isn’t this a cute outfit though? Eric’s mom bought it for her last week.
When I propped her up on her “honey bunny” (that’s what Emma has named this bunny) she decided to try and sit up on her own!

Ava’s 4 month stats:
- She weighs about 14 lbs (64th percentile). I lost her card from the Dr. that had her weight and height, and I have no idea what her height was. I’ll have to update later.
- She takes 3-4 naps during the day and sleeps most of the night. She usually wakes up once, sometimes twice, to eat.
- She is still so good and such an easy baby. This has been such a blessing, especially since we are homeschooling!
- She has a little obsession with the TV. She will scoot herself around on her little activity mat to try and look at the TV.
- She loves her swing, pacy, her fish mobile, and is very easily entertained by her brother and sister.
- She is totally smitten with her Daddy.
I love bedtime routines. We don’t always do them, because it can get kind of crazy around here at bedtime, but it is usually such a sweet time. Emma has started loving this bedtime book, that was mine when I was a little girl. She wants me to read it every night.

Reading it to her brings back so many memories.
She wanted me to take a picture of her giraffey and monkey. She sleeps with them every night.

I found this cute picture of her with giraffey from a while back.

Sweet girl.
I have to show off the cute dresses that my friend Sonda made for the girls.

They are so cute! I can’t wait for them to wear them. Sonda and her family are HUGE gator fans, so I know that she must really love me for making these dresses!
