- Emma had her class Valentine party last week. I let her pick out her Valentines and she went with Hello Kitty. Hello Kitty has been a big hit at our house lately. I think that is so neat, because I loved Hello Kitty when I was a little girl.

Emma was so excited to look at all of her Valentines from her friends when she got home.

- Last week Emma let me put sponge rollers in her hair.

I thought she looked so cute.

She was excited and agreed to sleep in them. It didn’t really work out like we had hoped, she pulled them all out during the night. I also don’t think her hair is really long enough for them to work well. This is what her hair looked the next morning.

IWe are really loving us some girl scout cookies at our house! Yum!

- Today, in school we made a Presidents Day craft that I found on Pinterest.

It’s reversible. Wesley’s is on the left and Emma’s in on the right.

We played a little game with them too. I read facts about each president and they had to guess if it was George Washington or Abraham Lincoln by holding up their faces. Even though Emma really had no idea, they both had fun, and hopefully learned a little too.
- Eric and I started going to a new marriage class at our church and right now we are doing this thing called “The Great Date Experiment”. I can’t wait for our first date! It should be really fun! Stay tuned for more on that!
