Last Week

This is one of my random posts with bullet points.  HA!

• Tuesday Emma’s MDO had crazy hair day.  Emma came up with this hair-do all on her own.

• Thursday was pajama and stuffed animal day.  She, of course, wanted to take her purple Hello Kitty.

• Ava wanted to wear piggy tails too. I think I may have put her hair in piggy tails once before, but this is the first “documented” time.

• I can’t believe how big she is getting! Eric’s grandmother (Maa) was watching the kids the other day and was changing her diaper on the dresser where the changing pad is.  Ava ended up kicking the shelf off of the wall, so I had to move the changing pad off of the dresser.  I feel kind of sad about that.  It’s just another reminder that her babyhood is slowly slipping away.

• This is kind of random, but when I moved the changing pad I took the time to dust and clean and set out a couple more pictures.  I also decided to straighten up their room some.  I don’t recall the last time all of their toys were in the “right place” so I didn’t realize just how many princess dolls we have.

• We do have a few others that didn’t fit.  I think I have a couple of princess fanatics on my hands. They play with these dolls all the time by the way.

• We booked our Disney vacation this week and I am counting down the days. We will be doing a princess breakfast so that should be a big hit.  We are also going with our best friends the Giffords.

• I did a little bit of decorating in the bathroom.  I think it looks so much better!

• I had a thirty-one party a few weeks ago for Tara (my cousin-in-law).  I just did a catalog order, and ended up getting several free things for myself! Yay!  One of my favorite things was the Lil Expressions bag.  I think it turned out so adorable.

• Emma had her ballet pictures taken last week.  She looked so beautiful.  I can’t wait to see how they turned out!

• Wesley pulled a muscle in his leg and was out of Karate all last week.  Thankfully, he is feeling better and should be back at class this week.

• Tonight we went to a cookout with some other couples in our marriage class.  I am kicking myself for not taking any pictures.  We had a great time. I am so thankful for our church family.
